Lansinoh’s innovative Cold & Warm Post-Birth Relief Pad can be used cold or warm for soothing comfort and pain relief after childbirth.

Use cold to provide relief from perineal, haemorrhoidal or C-section discomfort.

Used warm, the pad can be applied to the abdomen for soothing relief from postnatal uterine cramping commonly experienced after birth.

Safe for use postpartum and while breastfeeding, it effectively moulds to the body and stays flexible after freezing.

Pack conatins one pad and 12 disposable sleeves which are intended for one time use.

To use Cold:
Freeze pad for at least 4 hours before use. Place the pad into a disposable sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional.
To use Warm:
Place one pad inside the microwave, lying flat, for time the indicated below. 16 seconds at 1250 watts, 19 seconds at 1000 watts or 25 seconds at 700 watts. Gently massage pad to evenly distribute heat as indicated by colour-changing pearls. Add time in 5 second increments until desired temperature is reached. Always test pad temperature prior to use. Place the pad into a disposable sleeve and apply for 20 minutes. Allow at least one hour between uses or as directed by your healthcare professional.
How to Clean:
After each use, thoroughly clean the pad with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly until all soap and residue is removed. Allow to air dry completely prior to use. Disposable sleeves are intended for one time use.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
