Flexible reusable Lansinoh Thera ° Pearl 3 in 1 breast compresses.
The surface of the compresses is soft, making them easy and comfortable to put in a bra to neutralize or at least alleviate potential problems with breastfeeding: clogged ducts and mastitis, breast tightness and swelling if they are tight to allow milk to flow freely. In addition to BPA, BPS, and latex, they are also designed to fit around the milk pump to stimulate the milk and speed it up.
Use hot: Thera ° Pearl 3 in 1 breast compresses can be heated in a microwave oven for up to 15 seconds to clog the milk ducts and relieve mastitis. The heat stimulates the flow of milk, which means less time is needed to pump the breast.
To use with a milk extractor, simply preheat the compress as usual, then wrap it around the outside of the pump funnel, close.
Use cold: You can put compresses in the freezer for a few hours to cool and use cold to relieve the pain and swelling that may occur due to milk attachment. Due to their unique design, these breast compresses are flexible even when frozen.

Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
